MrEyeball is a realmeye figure, and its known that realmeye only shows one of each class maximum for a player, which is the one with higher fame.

Or, if I can assume (because you didn’t provide any details…) that you suicided that old samurai because of the bad roll? Realmeye can take a few minutes to update a character as dead.
