Problem with pack purchase

I play on flash projector and I get the URL for it from realmofthemadgod_com.
I opened a new tab in chromium and purchased a pack (black friday’s pack for 2k gold).
It took the gold and I wanted to get back to the flashplayer to play the game.
But I got forced to log out and when (after 10 minutes of wait) I logged in the gold was gone but the pack was not given to me.
What should I do?

Issue 2:
If I try to log in to decagames_desk_com I get error 500.
Error: Server Error
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds.

So I wrote an email to partner@decagames_com, because no other email addresses were found.
Is there anything more that I can do?

I won’t name my computer specs, because I’m not sure if they’re needed.
chromium version: 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build)
flash player in chromium: 31.0.0.108
flash projector version: 30.0.0.154
I use ubuntu linux

P.S. I replaced dots in the links with underscores so that a “2 links” error wouldn’t pop up
