Problem with Realmeye registration

It’s not for me, but for a friend that want to join the community, but even trying a lot, can get hiss password from Mr. Eyeball, can anyone help me?

MrEyeball has been having some issues lately, you’re not the only one with this problem.

You have to be in the same server as MrEyeball to be able to send him a message. You can here where he is on his RealmEye Profile’s Last Seen in. (Which is USW3 at the time of writing this)

In addition to this, for some reason /tell and /t became case-sensitive. So make sure you write ‘MrEyeball’ instead of ‘mreyeball’.
