Quest Bubble Question

How do I make the red quest bubble stop getting bigger when I mouse over it? Is there a way to do it even? It’s annoying when I’m trying to spellbomb and it just expands on my cursor.

I’m having this exact problem on my own Wizard, too! Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s a way to disable it. As far as I know, there are only two settings that affect the quest – “Show Quest Portraits” and “Expand Realm Quests”, neither which affect the given issue. (I’m not even sure what the latter setting does…)

Isn’t Expand Realm Quests exactly that?

That’s what I thought, but it doesn’t do anything.

I think the expand realm quests thing is that green “x heroes left” thing in the realm, but I am not sure.
