Must have visited at least 50% of days
Must have replied to many different topics
Must have viewed 25% of new topics across the entire forum
Must have viewed 25% of new posts across the entire forum
Must have received and given dozens of likes from and to many different users
Must not have received too many flags
Must not have been banned
Read that over and over again until you get, its as simple as it can get.
Also am considering moving this to Forum Feedback. Q&A is related to in-game stuff, not Realmeye Forums.

Regular is just grinding numbers, but Leader has to be nominated by the mods. So far I don’t think they’ve given that rank to anyone.
These are the requirements presented on the actual Discourse platform (i.e. the software that this forum is using) and have actual, numerical percentages.
Though I don’t think you’ll get Leader, even the almighty Shatter hasn’t yet.
just be active and reply to people for about 2 months. try not to make inappropriate posts that don’t have anything to do with the topic and you’ll get regular. make some good posts, get some likes, like others’ posts and dont go away from the forums for a long period of time. gl!

Very close, but not exactly. Every mod has the Leader trust level, but there is at least one person at the Leader trust level who is not a mod.
Remember, being a moderator doesn’t make you a forum knight or a forum deputy, it makes you a forum janitor. As a result, wanting the job because of “status” makes you fundamentally ill-suited for the role.

AFAIK he’s the only leader without mod.
Not for status lol, so I can help out to the best of my ability. And I think Leader was seting my goals to high
