some guy named lolgothakd ddosed the servers and was fucking with people making them play a game in which he asked for specific items, and shut down server if no one gave him the items soon enough. All the servers were going on and offline for ~20 hours but they seem to be fine now

In conclusion to my statement, there’s nothing we can do about them.

Finding them is hard

IP banning them is hard (easy IP change)

They’re doing to screw with the servers and eventually get tired, no one can keep up with a promise like that without pay or benefit.

Not saying the crashes wont stop any time soon though.

Gets degree in computer science, Spends day DDoSing rotmg. But thats so say this kid would ever go to college which i highly doubt but i think if it is the same person hes just back to his feels. The salt swelled back in his veins and with club penguin done what else is he to do.

We know that IP blocking is is useless, because he can just change IPs.

Isn’t there something for DHCP stuff that renews/releases a new ip address to a certain device in the network? If so, deca should make this renew/release of ip address changes more frequently.
