Steam keeps stuck on loading

Sometimes you just get booted out and cant login for about ten minutes, so it’s probably just that.
Since ten minutes have passed since you posted this it should be fine now.

Yeah, it’s the infamous “10 minute DC”.

I believe it happens when you disconnect, but the game still thinks you are connected.
So basically when you try to connect again, you can’t because the game thinks you are already connected.
So then you have to wait till the game boots you out for inactivity, and then you can connect again.

It’s kinda weird, but that’s what happens when the game is written in spaghetticode.

I’m pretty sure that it was intentional, and was implemented by Kabam to combat dupers. I’ll need some old guy who knows his history to verify this though (that’s why it’s specifically 10 minutes every single time, it was designed to act like that to dissuade dem profitable doops. Not that it did much, they just had to wait 10 minutes then :wink: )
