Someone probably got a hold of the same items @Mynamerr got a hold of when testing opened.

For Clarification: I got the creators ring, along with a key to the perma dungeon, from a box which was still up after testing was opened and was taken down shortly after. Because somebody else apparantly also got such items and messed around with them even more than I did, they were removed a few hours afterwards.
The key seems to be leftover from the christmas event. Dont know who was responsible for guill in nexus.

The item was removed from the game, but the person didn’t log in, and it was added back. Unfortunately he lost his actual enemy spawner, but he still had a shitty one that spawned guills and those constructs.
