Iāll admit, Nyan Cat did cross my mind. I wanted to offer something less generic though.

Oh yeah, the parts per million symbol! Itās useful for dealing with large groups, like population sizes. Iāve used it a few times in the past
That actually came up at work just last week! Crazy coincidence! My coworker was mind-blown finding out that percent was just per-century, and that it can be used with other prefixes as well. This one always bothers me thoughā¦ Why is it per-milli instead of per-mega?
Edit: I guess Bookās explanation above is pretty sensibleā¦ Based around the full word, not the metric prefixes.

see if I had found it like that I wouldnāt care, but apparently this character is part of the .png file header. the first line of a PNG file when examined as a text file is ā°PNG and Iām like wtf is ā° doing in there

also youāre correct about it being parts per thousand not per million, itās āparts per milleā which is based on the āmilliā metric prefix which is 1 thousandth, a brief google search confirmed this
Interesting. Iāve seen some interesting symbols used for programs before, like a bunch of dots and diamonds and other symbols you donāt find on a computer. I should do some research and find out the purpose for it all! Iām curious all over again. (:

This was a professional institute! I couldnāt stop laughing until I about arrived at home. Iām not even sure if they knew what they were doing bahaha 
so apparently O3 runs coordinate themselves enough to kill both guardians at once and skip the 2nd phase, which was really cool imo, never thought to do that
