Omni is the main all around use ring and sees good use on every class, however most other rings that are more specialized for use on specific classes rather than basic general use.

It’s not soulbound, so it may have been dropped into a pink bag or may have dropped as public loot. Weird but… that’s what I think.

Yes that’s right, it did drop publicly for a short time after the first launch of the event - I even witnessed it happen in a Bellas I was in (presumably someone autolooted it, it vanished straightaway).
