That looks pretty good; it does though highlight the issues with translating mouse input to a controller. With a mouse you can e.g. near instantly move your aim point from one place to another and back again, to use your ability then keep on shooting.

That would be horrible to do on an analog stick which is also used for aiming. If you were e.g. shooting up then wanted to teleport e.g. far right you would need to change the direction of the stick and wait for it to move the cursor over there. It would take far longer, seconds rather than a fraction of a second.

Better perhaps to use one analog stick for aiming, another for ability targeting. Then use the 4-way switch for movement, with triggers for rotation.

Or, on a DualShock 4 say, use its touchscreen to emulate the mouse for ability targeting.

Or even on DualShock aim by moving the controller using its accelerometer/gyroscope.
