Yes, I just confirmed it myself that they give boosts beyond 5 usages.
On to 9, I guess!

Afaik all stat boosters give you the rounded down half of the previous boost (at least when you only use boosters of one kind), so it should go +200;+100;+50;+25;+12;+6;+3;+1.

Now the interesting question is what happens if you use different boosters of the same stat.
