What would you ideal character be?

Any class, and skin, any gear, but only 8 swap outs.
Mine would be a priest- white bag Chan skin. My gear would be lumiare, scripture, vesture, crown, with swapouts of t14 wand, fungal tome, furor, prot, t7 tome, puri and ritual robe.

leaf bow, concertina, vesture of duality and potato on a default bard

swap-outs: bergenia bow, void bow, predator bow, t7 lute, every other lute, and battalion banner (for berserk and damaging shenanigans)

Hard one, but if I have to, I pick my current Samurai setup:

Skin: Fire Flower/Classic/Oryxmas Samurai dyed with (Light) Pink Cloth Clothing and Golden Rod Accessary. Or Exalted Samurai without any dyes.

Main gear: Kusanagi, Virtuous Waki, Soulbound FPlate and Ring of Pure Wishes.

Swapouts (I have more than 8 in my mind): Watarimono, Ryu’s Blade, Resu, UBMP, Amaterasu, Ronin’s Wakizashi, ZHeart, Amulet of Drakefyre.

If I can fit more: Doku, Ray, Celestial Blade, Enforcer, Potato, GGuard, Breastplate of New Life and UBHP.

Petless main: Kusanagi, V Waki, Annihilation Armor and UBDef

Petless swapouts: Fungal BPlate, UBVit, UBWis, UBMP, UBSpeed

because it’s any gear, I don’t think you have to have done the dungeon to have it on your dream character. I definitely do not do o3, but I still chose o3 stuff for my charcter
