Windows 10 Fall Creators Update = More Lags than usual?

Hey,

so… since im using Windows 10, i never really had problems with my FPS.
But since Microsoft released the Fall Creators Update im having stable 60 FPS with random drops to 30 FPS for about 10 Seconds.
The weird thing about this is, that the CPU Usage is dropping from 20% to 10% (Realm.exe or whatever its called…). Also the 30 FPS don’t even feel like 30 FPS, they feel like 10-15 FPS which is also weird.

It can’t be my system, because it worked on Windows 7 and the updates on Win 10 before.

Im still posting my Specs:

CPU: Intel Core I7 860 @3.6Ghz 1.28Volts.
GPU: HIS AMD R9 270 IceQx²Turbo 2GB GDDR5
MB: ASUS P7P55D
RAM: 8GB DDR3 Ram @1333mhz.

Would be interesting to see, if anybody else haves these problems.

If thats a PC and you fucking have 4gbs of ram then you actually need to sleep in a microwave.

Mine is worse, 2GB RAM.

Well, it can’t be a ram problem… since realm on Steam uses like 300-400MB maximum.

Okay, okay… I might’ve been a little tired when I wrote that… Dont sleep in a microwave, ill just go sleep and in a microwave.
