Hey there everyone!

We’ve finally reached the end of the Art Contest with… 8 winners! But first, I want to announce a hotfix that was applied a few hours ago.

When Patch X.14 hit back in May 18th, a few users suddenly couldn’t log in anymore, always receiving “Load Error, Retrying”. We finally tracked down the source of the issue and fixed it - if one of your account had this issue or you know friends with that problem, please make sure to tell them that it should be all good now!

Back to the Art Contest! The winners are (in no particular order):

• Protux, with his God of Thunder Sorcerer and Ophanim Boss

• PostMorten, with his Guerilla Archer, Treasure Troll and Ominous Crystal

• Polokai, with his Light Cavalry Warrior, Wheeled Trebuchet and Military Camp

• Ruandrs, with his Princess Warrior and Giant Rat

• Dappertron, with his Clockwork Mystic, Scavenger King and Candlelit Altar

• GingerAloe, with his Twilight Acolyte Rogue and Lightning Wraith

• JammJammm, with his Dino Warrior and Plant Pot Knight Monster

• And last but not least, Squzavvvv with his Ethereal Princess, Septavius’ Shade and Mysterious Coffin

There’s a lot of other submissions that are really really close to making the cut, like Miyojo, Nazoado and justinxlol - but at the end of the day we can only invite so many artists at once!

Look forward for their future work! They’ll be helping us providing not only cosmetics, but also monsters, dungeons props, events and more!

Quick PSA about Customer Support & Tickets:

• There is currently a long waiting time before getting an answer from Customer Support. We’re aware of that, and we’re working on reducing it.

• When you send a ticket, do NOT update it before receiving an answer (unless you forgot to put some important details). Whenever your ticket is updated (by either side), it goes back to the bottom of the pile so you have to wait the full length again.

• Spamming multiple tickets after the first one will not only slow the process down for everyone (and that’s mostly why the waiting time has started going up a lot), you may get blacklisted from our Support services.

• Some users have PM’ed me with Account related issues - please at least wait until your get an answer from Customer Support first.

IMO although the Light Cavalry Warrior is commendably designed and well conceptualized, I think that the addition of the horse will make the warrior look too small in comparison to other character sprites
