Can't buy gold on exalt

whenever i try to buy gold it keep showing this text

I’d assume you should either try again later or contact support

check your balance and make sure you have sufficient amount in your bank account

also, some online sites are refused as a safety measure from your bank (fraud detection)
I have to contact my bank and give them the go ahead on some websites if I get these “payment refused/failed” kinda errors (let them know it’s a recognized transaction)
I believe you can do this online or on your bank’s mobile app
