Cant sign in

I forgot my password and every time I go to the “Forgot password” tab on rotmg and enter in my Email so I can recover it, NOTHING GETS SENT to my email, its really bugging me, and this issue needs to be fixed please

how? I looked but all I find is problem solutions, is there a way I can talk to someone at DECA personally?
