Currently the system in place to pick what boss you would like to fight is sometimes a mess. Since players get the freedom of picking what ever color they want by spamming, there will always be that one player that picks a boss no one wants to do. This one call can screw over the vast majority of players who would rather run Ivory Wyvern. So I was trying to think of some ways to combat this and I’ve come up with 3 ideas that could help with this.
First
The first idea would have the spawn room contain 4 different zones next to each hallway.These zones would then dictate what hallways open depending on whatever one has the largest player base inside. I’m not sure if that is even possible on the current system the game runs off at the moment.
Second
*Another idea that could be possible is having all the dragon souls start off near there respective hallways, and whatever one gets “destroyed” (more of just activating the soul by doing enough damage, think of it like the crystal in ice tombs to activate the boss) would then open that said hallway to the boss fight. This could cause issues if multiple souls where destroyed at the same time though. (Shouldn’t be a problem unless a group is doing so intentionally).
Third
*Finally one of the most talked about ways to fix this dungeon that I have seen talked about in the community is to just remove the pre requirement for doing Ivory and make all dragons start off in hard mode.
These of course are just my thoughts and I was wondering if anyone agreed or had any better ideas on how to improve the current system as well.
