Hardware Acceleration No Longer Works After Update?

I’m not sure if this is only for steam RotMG or if it’s because of the recent Windows 10 Curator update that installed last night. If it’s the latter then it might not even be because of the realm update. I’ve right clicked on www.realmofthemadgod.com on Chrome and the hw acceleration box is checked. Is anyone else experiencing this issue as well? When I walk, it’s ‘choppy’ now when it wasn’t before with hw accel. on. Also, I’m able to visibly turn it on and off but it still remains red and doesn’t work, regardless.

:U dunno, I use chrome thou, I don’t like steam.

I suggest turn off quest panel, you can still see the quest, but just no sprite will pop up.

Thanks for your help but my issue isn’t with that, it’s with the Hardware Acceleration function no longer working so that wouldn’t help much.

Mine still works so I think it’s because of your windows or because of steam.

It was because of Windows/the newest update. I did a system restore back to before that installed and now it works fine again.j
