Hive boss disappeared and couldn't kill it

I went into a hive to level my ninja, fought the boss, and got it to low hp and it disappeared, although it was still there. (Here’s a video of the already invisible and invulnerable boss)
I couldn’t kill it so I had to backtrack.


(Also let me know what better way to upload videos there is / if this worked)
