I started about yesterday night, so about 7 hours of total spriting time. The sword was the hardest to get down because I wanted it to have a unique feel. The description of the blade being made out of obsidian saved me.
The staff was pretty difficult too. My first idea was to remove the gold and add black but I scrapped that idea and came up with the new shape.
Kusanagi and Dire Hatred took me no time at all. Either just adding a very few amount of pixels or a color palette swap.
The wand was in between. I had a set idea of what to make so it wasn’t too hard.
The bow is about the same. I used the T13 bow as an example and it worked really well! The blue suits the black of the nightmatter.
