Just some sprite ideas first time making them so not that good, would love some feedback thanks

They aren’t bad if you’re just starting off. My suggestion is two-fold.

Firstly, think about taking what you have and shading it. Maybe make the sword shine on one side.

Secondly, don’t be afraid to dream a little bigger. I know this is your first attempt, but these are pretty basic. Instead of coming up with 3 ideas, dream up one idea that is unique, and put everything into that.

Of these 3, I definitely think the wand on the right looks the best! Not bad at all. Keep at it!
