This may be a silly question, but why does the client keep asking me to update? I wasn’t asked to download a new client this time, but every time I update and close the client, it makes me update again.
Just updated and the Client wants me to update again

Because there is a new update available. This happens with every single major software release where the days and weeks immediately following a large update are followed by numerous smaller fixes.

They could do with making it more obvious, like putting the date of the update “There’s a new update available 2020-05-22” or the reference number of the patch “Your client is 01234.537, new client is 01234.540” or whatever.

Better than flash where your game just wont load and you have to guess whether its because of an update or one of the random glitches that keep you out of the game
