Loading screen Frozen

I’ve been unable to play Realm of the mad god for 3 days now because every time I log onto steam it never gets to the menu and always stops at the loading screen and just freezes there But the game works fine on browser. So I honestly have no clue

No CCleaner didnt work I think it might just be with the New updates and stuff for me

Also the game works on another steam account on the same computer. So i guess its just my steam account

Same problem, contacted deca like 3weeks ago about this and still not fixed, they just told me it was ‘complex’, well…
