Login rewards character slot bug

recently, i get my chararcter slot but when i used it nothing happened i didnt get my character slot…
is there any way to get my character slot?

he probably didnt log in daily and is gonna fake it so he can receive the char slot.

What was the system message that you received when you tried to consume the character slot unlocker?

i dont have 2 character slot its a bug in realm eye i think

So you took the character slot unlocker from you gift chest, then went out of the vault and back into the vault, then consumed it from your inventory? and no new character slot?

If that’s the case, then just screenshot your reward calendar, screenshot your character selection screen, and send a bug report.
If that’s not the case, go do that.

i didntgo out from cault it didnt warn too it just dissepared

It should say:

“Please re-enter vault and try to use it this item again” or something.
Then re-enter vault and use.
go back to the home screen.

If not then…the only thing you can do is report to deca and send video proof.

Same here on the last day march 31 I couldnt claim anything and I didnt receive my character slot or my flipping backpack. Check my account if you want I didnt receive either after logging in 30 days and had a streak of 7 days on March 31st can you pls fix

Happened to me too. I was supposed to receive my slot on the 31st. Deca decided nope and wouldn’t let me get it. Sent a ticket. No response…
