Looking fot active endgame EU guild

So i think the main reason why i often get kicked out of guilds is because i don’t speak too much in discord. I do have a mic but i am a calm person who doesn’t really talk too much, especially when there are many people in the discord already talking.

Any guild willing to accept a person who doesn’t speak much in discord? I have Tombs & Shatters experience. Never beg for items or keys. Host dungeons often. I am very active, but unfortunately i have to work often during weekends.

EDIT: No guild that allows hackers!!!
