New VIT Exalt Dungeon and Endgame Scepter

Hello, I was looking through some RotMG documents I had and noticed a project I started a while back. After working on it some more and would like some feedback. Please click the link to view the PDF of the idea so far.

Seems like a neat idea, but I don’t know if I’d go as far as rewarding it with the highest weapons. It looks like it might be difficult, but not the worst endgame out there.

I like the notion of having an endgame scepter, but I don’t think that the Incubation Mace should make a return in its current state. As a matter of fact, it might be preferable to wait until scepters get changed on a fundamental level (like poisons are supposedly going through) before we add more just to have them reworked again.
