I really hope that DECA planned O3 out so that it doesn’t become another part of the game that’s only feasible with a discord. But based on the current rarity of the runes, I am hardly optimistic.

The rumor I’ve been told is that it originally served another purpose, and was altered to suit the upcoming o3, unless it’s another new one shrug
