One of my vault chest disappeared

I spent $10 one 1200 and spent 1000 on two vault chests and one has disappeared and did not get my 500 realm gold back

After you buy vault chests and leave the vault they will reset position. I am sure it didn’t disappear, and only moved to a different space.

If you’re absolutely 100% sure it’s not a fault on your end, you can always contact DECA support and they’ll presumably look into it.

For some reason, vaults open according to their position relative to the (portal?) or where you spawn into the vault. Check the left and right groupings of vaults.

Kinda pisses me off because there are random vaults isolated to the sides but eh.
