‘Raijin’ is a more widely accepted japanese for Lightning than Raitoningu (even though the latter is what comes up on google translate).

Also, “dark sword” is a bit of an unoriginal name, don’t you think?

Yes, I considered Raijin, but considering these weapons more or less are based off of a certain strategy turn-based series that has the word ‘Fire’ in it, I decided against using that to avoid copyright concerns.
And to be honest, I thought “Darkblade Sword” in German was pretty original, since no weapon on RoTMG is named in German.
