Skins are not getting unlocked

Hello, lately I unlocked some character skins on my account and none of them actually appeared.
It says I unlocked it but I can’t find it anywhere. How do I fix it?
Edit: the skins appear only after restarting the game.

That’s always been the fix for me whenever that’s occurred.
