The Hunter (Class)

#1

The hunter is a bow class that has more hit points, defense, and attack than the other bow classes, however, loses speed and dexterity because of it. He uses bows, pillars (explained below), leather armors, and rings.

Capture

Pillars are the hunter’s special ability. When activated, the hunter forms a stationary pillar, each ally who’s in range get a small def buff and damage buff while each enemy in range gets gradually damaged.

-Extra information

  • The doom bow will work great on the hunter since he has 85 attack he’ll deal insane amounts of damage to enemies.

  • The rainbow pillar will work great when there’s a lot of shots to deal with, like in FFA tombs.

  • Since the hunter doesn’t have a lot of DEX, he will work remarkably well with a warrior.

Here are his stats.

Initial Stats Gain Per Level Average at 20 Base Stat Cap
Hit Points 150 20 to 30 625 720
Magic Points 100 2 to 8 195 252
Attack 12 1 to 2 40 85
Defense 0 0 0 30
Speed 12 0 to 2 31 40
Dexterity 12 0 to 2 31 40
Vitality 12 0 to 1 21 40
Wisdom 10 0 to 2 29 50

Perhaps you can explain the playstyle? Having extra defense and ability which also increases your defense kinda shows that you’re supposed to go close range, but you equip bows, and it supports the use of DBows for extra damage. Seems like a conflict of interest here.

I like the idea, for the most part. The idea “Pillars” don’t really make any sense with a hunter. It similar to the Seal of the colossus. But I still don’t really see how game play would work.
