From the testing server. I’m presuming it’s pretty rare, but it seems like a fairly situational white, putting you in danger while increasing your teammates’ DPS. The extra wisdom also looks quite nice though.

I assume the wis boost works similarly to the one you get from christmas consumables, so a second buff only has half the effect, a third buff only 1/4 and so on.

I think it functions identical to all direct stat boosters. The same goes, for example, for Killer Honey, Beach Party Madness Drinks, Tincs, Effusions, etc…

Additionally, its shot pattern is similar to the Spirit Dagger - a slight amplitude between shots, though they’re more noticable here:
