Top 10? [Players with most skins]

Who will provide not just me but all a list of top 10 skin holders ?

Well, number 1 is Putin, but there is no easy way to look up the list as far as I know.
So the only way to find out is by going to the realmeye page of people who might have a lot of skins and check them out individually.
Also, keep in mind that realmeye only lists skins they have seen, so there are probably people with a lot of skins that just hasn’t bothered showing them all to realmeye.
