Tips and Strategies

Remember! You don’t die in the arena!

It is always a good idea to be prepared. Pot up with 6 HP and 6 MP pots.
If that is not enough for you, take some consumables with you. (See below)

Drake eggs will also help you on your path.

But wait! How are you going to collect your earned loot and consumables with you?
Bring a backpack with you if you have one. No risk of dying and losing it since this is the arena.

Overwhelmed? Take out the foes that chase you FIRST. Then handle the ranged ones. The reason for this is that the chasing enemies are often the ones to deal the more damage.

Play around the edges at the start, and clear off the weaker minions. It might not seem like much, but it’s better to be safe than to back into a Flayer God’s quiet or a Dwarf God’s confuse (both of these monsters are easily dispatched) when you’re fighting off Oryx or Thessal!

What class to choose? Try picking a supportive class. This means a class that has an ability that helps the player in some way. Priests are a good example.

Also, a good pet is reccommended! Preferably with heal and magic heal, electric is great also!
If you are experienced enough, and have good weapons and skill with a class, an archer or huntress with a doom bow or a rogue (if your pet has a good enough Magic Heal to keep you “perma-cloaked”) with a Dirk of Cronus and Dagger of Foul Malevolence. A great class for getting to high rounds in the arena is the Rogue because you can cloak around for nothing can see you and then hit them.

Take out this guy as fast as possible! He is a real pain and throws lava everywhere.
