This item was first made available through The Alchemist, but was later added as a drop.
This robe is similar to Shendyt of Geb, but instead of the 7 wisdom, 7 vitality, 25 MP, it gives 35 more HP. Compared to the T13 Robe of the Grand Sorcerer, it gives up 55 MP, 4 ATK, and 6 wisdom for 2 DEF and 60 HP. Soulless Robes are recommended for Wizards because they are squishy and already have a somewhat spammable ability. Necro can also benefit, with more HP to fill up with his skull and solid DPS even without an attack bonus. Overall a nice, safe albeit pricey choice that works well on most defensive builds. However Priests, Sorcerers, and Mystics might be better off with a Shendyt because wis modifiers can work wonders with the Tome, Scepter, and certain Orbs’ buffs.
This item, and the other pieces of the Phylactery Mystic Set, previously also dropped from the Lair of Draconis. In Release 27.7.XMAS, the items were removed as drops from the dungeon and replaced with the Dragon Tamer Set.
