I log into game but I see black screen

I can see my inv and top left stuff + chat but my map and the game screen is black i can move around but i cant see anything

May you provide a picture of this problem?

If you last logged in on testing, and used a zoom level not available on production, you might need to change some values around using the “regedit” program.
Please refer to this thread for additional troubleshooting.
