Luck affects the high tier loot drop chance
For example : You destroyed a TChest in Shatters, You’ll get like for example, A Def or Att. Then If you Equip the ring, Then you destroyed a TChest in Shatters, The chances of getting a higher Tier will activate or will affect it, Maybe you’ll have a Rare bracer or pots with a top. That’s what Luck means.

The discussion in the other thread already said that luck is a bad idea. I also think that the drop chance is so low, nobody would get one in the 10 years (no exaggeration). Even bulwark is definetly not lower than 0.01% (assuming that drop chances are constant).
