Small rage, Big damage to only 1 target and paralyze effect, you must be close to hit but if you hit, you can do hight damage.

I like all the sprites except for this one:
It has very nice colors but with that shape you can’t really decipher it to be a scepter

Also, the Greater Snow Sprite might be a little overshaded, still looks nice though!

The Blizzard Storm should probably resemble a quiver more than a large piece of hail. Other then that, the only thing i can critique is the snow ent, It looks like a walking triangle instead of a christmas tree.
