AFAIK so long as you behave well on the alt, they won’t ban the alt.
Because the cat-and-mouse game of ban evasion often isn’t really worth it so long as you behave well.
Also banning you again would just increase the chance of you acting rebellious. Might as well leave the friendly alts be.

Yes it’s bad, but in practice it’s often not worth the trouble to enforce the rule.
