here is an idea for an alternate way the Wavecrest Concertina could work.

when you throw a parrot, you could throw a parrot orbiting you for a cheaper mana cost. Or maybe limiting parrot throws to orbiting parrots (i.e you can’t summon parrots by pressing space)

I really like this item rework

I mean, it doesn’t seem like a bad idea with playing the bard as a high risk, high reward character, but I kind of like having the option to use the parrots as a pseudo poison for the bard.
