In comparison to the original Bracer of the Guardian the stats are greatly decreased. It is similar to the Ring of the Nile, with the bracer trading +4 DEX and +4 SPD for +4 ATT and +4 DEF.

The Ring of the Nile is tradable, but this item is rather difficult to obtain due to the limited availbility of the Rehearsal Shatters. And thus this item will most likely stay a vanity item for a while.
