The Daily Quest Room, where the Tinkerer and the Login Seer can be found, is located to the right of the Mystery Box Shop in the Nexus. Similar to the Vault, this area instance is unique to the player, meaning it is not possible to find other players in the Daily Quest Room.
The Tinkerer offers rewards for bringing specific items, and the Login Seer offers rewards for logging in daily.
Prior to Patch X.17.0 (Sep 2017), which added the Login Seer, the Daily Quest Room had the following layout:
