Halloween Bottles are a category of consumable items that temporarily provide a small stat boost and apply certain character skins to nearby players. Each booster affects all players within a range of 8 squares and lasts 30 seconds.
Greater Bottles are identical to regular bottles but can be used three times instead of once.
These consumables were first released on October 2019, and are only obtainable during Halloween events.
Also note they are 
Soulbound and have no feed power.
