Despite being an easily obtained and early consumable, the fairy dust has many great applications.
While it can be used by every class equally, it is most effective on classes with a Wismod. Classes like sorcerers or priests can use the increased wisdom to fire off boosted scepter shots or heal more effectively for the duration.
The hallucination effect this item causes can be detrimental if you don’t know what everything is. As such, when you use the item keep a mental note of where enemies are and what they look like when the effect procures as to avoid being caught off guard.
