The Gray Blob, put on steroids. This chases the nearest player at a speed faster than that of a Brute, attempting to explode point blank. Not all shots will land due to the spread, so damage output is less concentrated than the Aberrant Blaster. The bullets are bigger, however. Never sit on these things.

If you are not maxed def, these guys can be trouble. They’re sort of like the Gray Blobs and the blue spirits that surround the 3rd boss in the Haunted Cemetary. They will suicide bomb you and you can be dead, very fast.
If you have maxed def, however, they mostly do nothing either than make your character grunt loudly.
