This ring provides a healthy balance of survivability and power, great for players that like a faster pace with a little bit of extra health. Ring of the Nile is recommended for any Knight (with maxed Mana you can stun three times consecutively), and most of the other classes.
This ring is also a GREAT choice for Warriors, since not only does it give a fair amount of HP and MP, but the 4 Speed and Dexterity it gives will be increased when the Warrior uses his helm (provided the Warrior is using a tiered helm, even though with Jugg being used, it still boosts the Dex amount), changing the ring bonuses to +8 SPD and +6 DEX for a short amount of time.
