Just like the [Cave Pirate Parrot](/wiki/cave-pirate-parrot), it does no damage and doesn't follow you whatsoever. The **Cave Pirate Monkey** is an enemy that is found in the [Pirate Cave](/wiki/pirate-cave) and [Deadwater Docks](/wiki/deadwater-docks). Cave Pirate Monkeys are harmless enemies that are scattered about the Pirate Cave and Deadwater Docks. They serve no other purpose than for dropping T1 abilities.

They are valuable enemies to kill if you are looking for T1 abilities, although there are quicker methods.
