Added official kingdom skins. I would have removed the "false" skins of these official versions because they don't appear in the XML files, but i'm holding off because i don't know if those are meant to be there.

Snipped out fake skins that were re-textures of the actual kingdom skins. Also updated a few for appearance consistency. Revert if those were -actually- supposed to be there but i highly doubt it.
