I rewrote a lot of this, updating it and replacing some questions that I don't think are frequently asked, with ones that are from my experience. I'll reorganize this as well after I get some sleep it is 5 AM

added some more questions, and rearranged the table of contents. will physically re-arrange the questions and spiffy them up more after I finish eating
